Description

Spire Health is currently seeking an experienced Office Manager.  This role would be responsible for managing office, facilities, and administrative related tasks.  Spire Health has a distributed workforce including a small fulfillment team and a few engineers who come to the office daily. We will slowly transition to see more people in the office more frequently as we grow. Spire Health needs someone who is a self starter to take care of business and keep the team- local and remote - on track. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control office access (for employees and guests) 
  • Assist with new employee onboarding (computers, applications, business cards)
  • Help to make Spire’s office look professional and clean
  • Manage Spire’s storage spaces, facilitate item tracking & clean out
  • Assist with documentation - formatting, printing, and filing appropriately
  • Support Sales team requests for marketing materials
  • Manage and purchase office supplies, snacks 
  • Assist in planning team events (online and in person)
  • Communicate with third parties like cleaners, pest control, internet services
  • Support fulfillment in cases where demand surges
  • Assist and facilitate office move at a later date 
  • Support employees and help book local travel 

Qualifications:

  • 3 years’ experience in office support/admin
  • Self motivated, ability to work independently, prioritize activities and communicate well
  • Ability to work well within and across departments to provide excellent customer service
  • Good problem-solving skills. Attention to detail, accurate and concise.
  • Able to keep neat and organized records and files
  • Strong computer skills. Familiar with Macs, and applications like Okta, slack, gSuite
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, and able to read and write in English
  • Emphasizes personal and professional growth, keeps knowledge and skills current
