At Spire Health our mission is to harness the power of algorithms and sensors to improve health outcomes by empowering patients and physicians with useful and actionable data. We currently work with partners across a range of health conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), congestive heart failure, asthma, sleep disorders and anxiety.

The ideal candidate for the Account Manager role will utilize personal skills
and product knowledge to build and maintain relationships with key medical facility staff in assigned markets. In this role, you would regularly spend time on site at medical centers, offices, and other health provider locations, helping patients get signed up properly and understand how easy it is to use our technology to help themselves.

In the big picture, the Account Manager position may lead to either a career in sales or other roles within the company after demonstrating the appropriate skills and qualifications. It's a great place to start!
 
 Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with vital respiratory therapists, directors, nurses, physicians, clinicians, infection control, department decision-makers, and administrators (multiple decision-makers and influencers) within assigned accounts or markets
  • Support medical providers who have already signed up with Spire Health and their office staff with identifying and on-boarding new patients to our novel medical device
  • Participate in the regional sales meetings and help to drive the strategic and tactical planning process
  • Sales positioning, analysis, and in-service implementation of product categories (to include creating business value selling skills)
  • Tactical implementation of the business and selling activities required to meet objectives
Qualifications:
  • Should be outgoing, empathetic, personable, and passionate about health care in order to help grow existing accounts
  • At least six months or more years of account management experience in B2B or the healthcare industry
  • Successful track record in managing accounts and working with medical professionals
  • Comfortable in hospital and a medical office setting
  • Solid knowledge of PC-based applications
  • Ability to travel within assigned region to work on site at medical provider facilities
