Position Description:
The bilingual Spire Respiratory Therapist should be a Registered or Certified Respiratory Therapist and is responsible for oversight and coordination of all activities related to First Line Monitoring (FLM) for assigned patients at physician practices utilizing the Spire Remote Patient Monitoring System (RPM). Candidates must have or be willing to obtain a CA and AZ Respiratory Care license. This is a REMOTE position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform First Line Monitoring (FLM) as assigned: following Clinical Monitoring Plan o Includes
monthly check-in calls, notification review, escalations and appointment scheduling where appropriate
Point of contact for RPM-FLM physicians and site staff
Manage patient flow for sites where Spire has access to EMR (Electronic Medical
Record) Collaborates with Spire Customer Service to address patient technical issues
Liaise with Spire Operational team as needed
Assist with testing and feedback for new functionality and releases of HPD (Healthcare Professional
Dashboard)
Assist with training of internal CLs and external FLM partner team members.

Qualifications:
Must be bilingual
Must have or be willing to obtain a CA and AZ Respiratory Care license
Licensed Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with a minimum of 3 years of experience
Graduate of an accredited program for respiratory therapy is required
Registration or certification by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
Hold a current RCP license in the state of practice (or states that the location covers) if that state requires
an RCP license to allow the practice of respiratory therapy
Hold all applicable licensure in good standing for all states of practice
Experience within Pharmaceutical or Medical Device Industry preferred
Experience training on software, App and web portals preferred
Salary Range: $70-$75K DOE
