Spire Health is building the future of remote patient monitoring. We give physicians insights into their patients' health between doctor visits, helping them better manage high-risk chronic disease patients. In particular, we serve patients in the U.S. who have chronic respiratory diseases (COPD, Asthma) with a novel sensor and algorithm system that identifies changes in a patient's health. We focus our efforts on patients identified by their doctor as good candidates for our monitoring program and enroll them at little to no cost to the patient.

We are seeking an experienced sales agent who can help drive patient recruitment and onboarding. This agent will make and receive high volume calls to warm / hot leads in different stages of the recruitment process from initial contact through onboarding. You will perform one or many of the following duties: marketing, first contact / patient intent to enroll, patient insurance and personal information verification, verbal consent, order placing, and patient onboarding. You may also be tasked to perform special projects or various assignments as determined by the Patient Recruitment Management team. This position is 100% remote and will be working EST business hours. 


  • Receive inbound calls, make outbound calls, send emails, and send texts to lists of patients in order to sign them up for remote patient monitoring
  • Manage lists of leads and multiple concurrent campaigns in Salesforce while adhering to the scripts and SOPs 
  • Exceed personal and team-based weekly and monthly sales goals 
  • Work cross-departmentally to facilitate timely and accurate patient insurance verification
  • Obtain and properly document legally binding verbal consent from patients
  • Place orders and track shipments through delivery to ensure timelines are met
  • Assist patients with onboarding and help them set up monitoring equipment
  • Provide feedback and work to continually improve processes and lead conversion rates
  • Any / all additional tasks defined by the patient recruitment management team


  • 3+ Years high volume sales experience
  • 1+ Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales goals with high lead conversion rates
  • Patient, kind, empathetic, and able to create and deliver a great customer experience
  • Ability to pivot and quickly learn new platforms and processes
  • Ability to stay organized and detail oriented while multitasking
  • Experience with elderly patients preferred
  • Experience in a HIPAA or FDA regulated environment
  • Experience with medical devices or working in a medical field
  • Experience with salesforce
