Spire Health was established in 2013. With offices in San Francisco, New York City and Traverse City, we are a B2B medical device and data company passionate about providing remote monitoring solutions for the proactive care of chronic disease patients.

Our core expertise and IP is in continuous respiratory sensing. Spire Remote Patient Monitoring is used by pulmonologists and patients throughout the United States.

Position Description:

The Production/Fulfillment Associate will be responsible for manual component assembly, preparing kits for assembly, material kitting, using designated provisioning software to provision devices, screen printing and other duties as assigned. Fulfillment of patient/Account management orders through Shopify and Retool. This position will work cross functionally with other departments to ensure that patient and field management accounts are provisioned accurately and timely and meet the highest level of customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

        Accurate fulfillment of new and existing patients and account management orders.

        Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to provisioning.

        Regularly assist with audits of existing entitlements for accuracy.

        Complete standard work process and follow trained procedures.

        Demonstrate flexibility as needed by the business.

        Escalate technical problems to the appropriate support groups and leaders.

        Follow safety guidelines & procedures.

        Demonstrate a high level of professionalism.

        Performing assigned product manufacturing and assembly tasks.

        Conducting quality checks on the functionality of devices.

        Adding finishing touches to the appearance of components.

        Performing minor repairs and reporting issues in a timely manner.

        Keeping equipment maintenance logs, as well as maintaining a safe and tidy work environment.

        Updating productivity records and writing incident reports, if relevant.

        Training and supervising new employees.

        Collaborating with other departments to complete fulfillment orders on time.

        Complying with internal policies and industry regulations.

       Coordination with other departments

Key Competencies:

        Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, bend, twist, reach and perform repetitive motions.

        Ability to operate in a fast-paced manufacturing/fulfillment environment as part of a team.

        Proficiency using certain tools/equipment/programs.

       Knowledge of medical device regulatory requirements and GMP’s.

        Basic computer skills, such as Google drive applications including Docs and Sheets

Qualifications:

        High school diploma or GED.

        At least two years' experience as a manufacturing technician.

        Knowledge of production processes in a related industry is preferred.

        Extensive experience in performing quality control procedures and meeting production standards.

        Working knowledge of computers and office software.

        Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.

        Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

        Great communication and collaboration skills.
