Sr. Product Manager – Patient Platform

Spire Health is looking for a Sr. Product Manager - Patient Platform to identify the needs and opportunities for our patient facing products and services and to drive new features and products from concept to launch. Our patient platform includes wearable sensors with proven long-term adherence and an easy-to-use HomeHub/Mobile Patient App that enables patients to get setup easily and quickly in the comfort of their own home.

Our patient facing products are tightly integrated with our Healthcare Professional platform and staffed First Line Monitoring service enabling a differentiated end-to-end leading Remote Patient Monitoring. We have an exciting roadmap with many opportunities for designing new and expanded mobile app experiences leveraging biometric data to promote better care from and communication with healthcare providers and caregivers.   • Communicate the product vision and goals and drive the definition of product requirements to guide engineering teams in the design, development and validation of our patient mobile applications and wearable sensors.
  • Ensure the patient experience across devices (wearable sensors, smartphones, & tablets), patient mobile applications and platform related interactions supports the patient adherence and engagement necessary for effective remote patient monitoring and improved patient health outcomes.
  • Contribute to Spire’s Remote Patient Monitoring strategy, leveraging a patient centered approach, understanding of healthcare provider pain points, diverse needs of patients across a range of health conditions and capabilities, desired clinical outcomes, regulatory frameworks, reimbursement requirements, market trends and competitive landscape. 
  • Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including Engineering, Clinical Teams, UX, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Regulatory, Customers, Patients, Industry Partners and leading Research Partners.
  • Discover and share insights about our patients to promote data driven decision making.


  • Proficiency with the generation and management of user stories and product requirements with applications used in the design and development processes of medical device hardware, software, and service components.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and collaboration skills; ability to communicate effectively across a broad range of audiences, galvanize different opinions around a shared objective, and distill complex problems into simple documentation.
  • Technical fluency and flexibility to drive solutions across native mobile apps, medical devices (our own custom wearable sensors and 3rd party devices) and multi-system provider and partner workflows.
  • Ability to think creatively beyond what we or the market has done historically to build patient centered strategies grounded in patient and providers insights, data and best practices.
  • Results driven, with a focus on understanding the clinical value and business economic drivers and prioritizing efforts accordingly
  • Startup mentality and experience: ability to navigate ambiguity and comfort with defining and driving new opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project milestones.
  • When working remotely, access to a quiet, private workspace with sufficient internet bandwidth to participate and lead video conferencing meetings.
  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, related technical field, or equivalent experience. 
  • 5+ years of general Product Management experience with a track record of compelling, user-focused product launches.
  • Strongly preferred to have at least 5 years of experience working in the healthcare, medical device, or biopharmaceutical industry with demonstrated experience delivering innovative technology solutions.
  • Knowledge of medical product regulatory requirements and process.
