Spire Health is the market leader in continuous respiration sensing and high-adherence, patient-friendly ambulatory monitoring. Our mission is to harness the power of algorithms and sensors to improve health outcomes by empowering patients and physicians with useful and actionable data. We currently work with partners across a range of health conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), congestive heart failure, asthma, sleep disorders and anxiety.

 Spire Health was founded in 2013 and is headquartered in San Francisco where much of the product and engineering team are based.  There is a growing team based on the east coast working remotely or out of the NYC office, which is focused on sales, marketing and delivery.  This team is responsible for filling the commercial pipeline of the organization and closing sales and is expected to grow in size considerably in the next 12-18months.

 Spire Health markets an end to end remote patient monitoring platform, which has two components:

  • A unique sensor technology, which can be mailed directly to patients, is quick and easy for the patient to setup themselves and is 100% passive
  • A monitoring service staffed by trained clinicians who monitor the patients 7days/week and call the patient in response to changes in their health detected by the technology

Spire Health’s customers are outpatient pulmonology groups, hospitals and health systems, as well as research organizations seeking to use Spire Health’s unique technology to improve patient care or advance medical knowledge. Spire has signed up over 20 customers, enrolled over 4000 patients and is present in over 10 states.

Job Summary:

Spire Health is seeking an experienced and passionate Inside Sales Representative to help support the commercial growth of the organization. The right candidate has success in working alongside sales professionals to identify leads, create marketing campaigns through a multi-channel strategy, and support the sales team throughout the sales process.

This role is responsible for meeting quarterly lead generation goals by working with the sales professionals and commercial leadership to identify, reach out to, and secure qualified opportunities. Success is demonstrated by achieving these outcomes consistently quarter over quarter.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and build lists of potential target pulmonology practices throughout the country.
  • Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate interest in Spire RPM this may include, but not limited to email blasts, online advertising, mail, and cold calling.
  • Help to organize and participate in trade show and exhibition activities.
  • Keep a detailed record and generate reports on key lead generation metrics within Spire’s CRM system.
  • Work alongside the sales team to build ongoing and lasting relationships with our customers.
  • Comply with all SOPs and regulations required of an FDA regulated company
  • Support sales activities such as: customer site visits, pre-launch sales meetings, ongoing sales support, and sales trainings
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences
  • >2 year’s experience in lead generation or sales
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically, problem solve, and adapt quickly as the business evolves
  • Experience working with customers
  • Experience working in a regulated environment a plus, but not essential
  • Experience working in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry a plus, but not essentialStrong computer skills and ability to use Apple/Microsoft/Google software suites
  • Ability to work independently
