Position Description:

The Spire Clinical Liaison is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and is responsible for oversight and coordination of all activities related to virtual care for assigned patients utilizing the Spire Remote Patient Monitoring System (RPM). Candidates must have or be willing to obtain Nursing Compact State Licensure. This is a REMOTE position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Patient care via phone interactions which includes monthly check-in calls, notification review, triage, escalations to providers and appointment scheduling where appropriate.
  • Relationship building with patients and their caregivers.
  • Collaborates with Technical Support to address patient technical issues.
  • Liaise with Spire Operational team as needed
  • Assist with testing and feedback for new functionality and releases of Spire applications and RPM equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Registration or certification by the National Board of Nursing
  • Hold a current LPN license in the state of practice(s).
  • Hold all applicable licensure in good standing for all states of practice
  • Experience training on software, applications and web portals preferred
Vaccination Policy: Spire Health has a vaccine policy in place and all employees are required to demonstrate that they have been vaccinated against COVID-19 and are up to date with any boosters per CDC guidelines or have a company-approved accommodation to the vaccine policy. Candidates may request a religious or medical exemption to the company’s vaccine policy, which will be promptly evaluated by the company.

Term:  9 months
Salary Range:  $50-55K/year BOE
