We have an immediate need for a Director Security Services based in the United States. This position can be based out of your home office.
The Director Security Services will provide Director level leadership for Spinnaker Support's Security Services team and will be responsible for developing and maintaining the operations of security products and offering within Spinnaker Support. This role will serve to define and deliver Spinnaker Support’s approach to security within the 3rd party support and managed service markets.

Required Competencies:

  • Strong service-oriented customer engagement, team leadership and pre-sale support skills
  • Exceptional communication skills and issue/project management skills
  • Deep knowledge of the security architecture across multiple deployment platforms (network, firewall, computer, storage, database and application)
  • Security certified (GIAVC, CISSP, SSCP, CCFP)
  • Experience with common security and privacy audit standards (FIPS 140, PCI-DSS, ISO/IEC 2700 series, SSAE 16)
  • Experience with security considerations for Oracle Database, Oracle Middleware, Oracle EBS and other related Oracle and application technologies.
  • Experience with common operating system platforms (Linux, Solaris, AIX, HP-UX) and their security architectures
  • A detailed understanding of common network topologies and their application to security mitigation.
  • Strong field-level/consultative experience with ability to staff teams to meet customer support and service requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to understand and document details for complex solutions
  • Solid organizational and consultative skills
  • Goal oriented with high standards for quality and performance
