We have an immediate need for an experienced Oracle Identity Management Architect for 3rd Party Support based in the UK or Ireland. This role is full time & fully remote. 

Responsibilities 

  • This position is considered level 3/4 support. 
  • Occasional after hours, weekends and holidays support for urgent customer issues. 
  • Must have excellent customer focus and communication, friendly interaction and passion to help customers with their software issues. 
  • Ability to troubleshoot customer issues in an environment where online and remotely connected to the customer’s systems. 
  • Must have the ability to work within a close team environment.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by tracking issues from start to closure, minimizing aging cases. 

Requirements 

  • Oracle Unified Directory (OUD) / Oracle Internet Directory (OID) / Oracle Directory Server Enterprise Edition (ODSEE) / Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD) – Active Directory (AD) is a plus 
  • Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), know how to debug connectors such as OUD, OID, AD, EBS especially when customized. 
  • Ability to read and understand Java code for debugging provisioning issues related to connectors, event handlers, plugins, scheduled tasks, etc. 
  • Oracle Access Manager (OAM), WebGates, Federation 
  • Oracle Adaptive Access Manager (OAAM) is a plus 
  • Oracle API Gateway (OAG) is a plus 
  • TLS, cyphers, SSL debugging, certificates created by CAs is a plus
