Team Lead, Campaign Management - Spiceworks

Who you are: Spiceworks Ziff Davis, a division of Ziff Davis, a J2 Company, is hiring a Team Lead, Campaign Management. We are looking for a new team member to guide a team that supports our sales department on accounts that activate a large number of marketing and lead generation campaigns per month (average of 12+ campaigns per account). 

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Lead team members in how to execute and launch campaigns
  • Provide training to new and existing team members
  • Responsible for communicating revenue delivery impact and updates
  • Understanding of company goals and communicating these goals to team members, guiding them on how to achieve them
  • Met with team regularly to provide counsel, identify roadblocks, troubleshoot issues and knowledge share industry/process best practices 
  • Answer team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance
  • Help leadership identify areas for improvement for process and efficiencies to streamline launch time
  • Oversee multifaceted campaigns for our larger clients from RFP to launch
  • Take action on quote and available inventory requests received from sales and route them to the proper Delivery teams
  • Enter and manage opportunities in Salesforce
  • Review new campaigns as they come in and organize action plan in preparation for launch activities
  • Attend Client kick off call hosted by Account Director
  • Once assets and launch materials are received, work with operations teams to successful launch campaign on time
  • Obtains necessary go-live approvals and/or edits from customers
  • Tracks campaign status daily in internal systems, including Salesforce
  • Keep internal databases up to date with account information
  • Experience obtaining assets and ensuring that launch materials are received. Work with Delivery teams finalize assets and send back to client for final approval

What does it take to do this job?

  • 3+ years of experience working in an Account Manager, Campaign Specialist, Customer Success or Project Management role 
  • 1-2 years in managing or leading a team 
  •  Proven sales and client management abilities, preferably in the advertising and agency marketplace
  • Accurate data entry skills, problem solving ability and the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
