Account Executive
Description
As a Sales Executive you will be a vital part of our experienced team that includes
leadership from global media agencies, Fortune 50 brands and external partnerships.
We’re looking for you to take a consultative approach, by guiding your clients to
execute thoughtful full-funnel campaigns, that include branded content, video, display,
social, etc. that provide measurable results for their brand.
Your Focus:
- Lead a NY based territory at both the client and agency level for our ZMG portfolio. This
includes some of our top partners such as Google, Target, Amazon, Facebook, etc.
- Be a consultative partner to your clients helping them exceed their KPIs and goals.
Establish and grow client relationships to be seen as a resource and partner towards
their success.
- Facilitate relationships with named and growth accounts, while prospecting new
business in order to ensure you are growing revenue and meeting or exceeding sales
goals.
- Drive internal, cross functional meetings, to build short and long term partner strategies,
in addition to customizable materials for your clients.
- Have a full understanding of your client’s goals, products and go to market strategy,
while also having a strong grasp of the current market trends.
- Accurately forecast and have a thorough understanding of your salesforce pipeline.
Qualifications:
3+ years of digital media experience.
1+ years of sales experience.
Deep contacts and relationships with media agencies and clients that purchase digital
media solutions.
A proven track record that shows YOY growth of your business and personal goals.
You’re not a micromanager, nor do you want to be managed by one. Instead, you’d
rather be selling, creating relationships and winning new business.
You rely on your internal teams at Ziff Media who are deeply experienced and prepared
to support you with dedicated resources in yield, operations, planning, client success
and marketing. They’re there to work closely with you to problem solve and develop
client solutions.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to deliver concise, solution oriented tactics, to
solve a client’s business need.
You can prepare a full funnel solution but can also adjust and pivot on the fly.
You take responsibility for all aspects of your book of business but have the ability to
leverage internal teams and delegate as needed.
