Who you are: 

We are looking to hire Computer Science and Information Technology graduates to join our dynamic engineering team. You will be a part of a global software engineering team, working remotely, and will play a key role in enabling our data-driven strategy. 

As a QA Engineer II, you’ll work closely with Developers, your Engineering Manager, Business Analysts, and Data Scientists as you help ensure the best in class quality, security and reliability for the systems we build. What You'll Do

• Work closely with developers to validate functional and non-functional requirements spanning across the UI, API, Database layers.
• Develop and execute manual and automated test suites.
• Actively work towards keeping the automation suite current and in-sync with the product.
• Work closely with Product Owner and Customer Support to reproduce complex customer issues on test environments and track them to closure.
• Actively participate in developing test plans for the product.
• Perform Regression, Smoke and Sanity testing based on release cycles.
• Proactively work with the developers and Product Owner to gain a thorough understanding of the Product's user base, release cycles, key areas and leverage this knowledge in fine tuning the test suite.
• Aspire to become the functional SME of the product you are testing and demonstrate “customer first” mindset to help resolve customer issues.

What You Will Need:

• B.Tech in Computer Science or MCA.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• 4 - 6 years of relevant industry experience as a QA Engineer or other software engineering related field
• Working experience with relational databases like (Postgres/SQLServer/snowflake etc).
• Ability to write SQL queries, create and play with datasets.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and modern Web Applications.
• Expertise in an assortment of test automation and scripting tools like Selenium, Jmeter, Locust etc.
• A good grasp on any one programming language (Python, Java, Go) will be an advantage
• Experience in testing Data Visualization applications
