B2B Lead Generation Specialist

The B2B Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support our clients. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including marketing leads, prospect lists and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop new opportunities via telephone to demand generation for a Technology vendor.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
  • Identify key decision makers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline.
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients in the appropriate ERP, ensuring all communications are logged and information is accurate.


  • 1-3 years telemarketing and/or outbound telemarketing experience.
  • Experience in the IT industry would be an advantage
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • A proven track record in relation building.
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
  • Results-driven, self-motivated and able to work in a team as well as independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Native in French, English, Italian OR German and good command of English if native in other languages.
