Total Productive Maintenance Supervisor (Electronic Test Equipment)

 Essential Functions 

  • Supervise the Total Productive Maintenance function in the test engineering department.
  • Manage Total Productive Maintenance for electronic test setups, test equipment, and fixtures.
  • Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with safety policies and procedures
  • Implement and oversee TPM Strategy within the plant
  • Implement autonomous maintenance with plant production
  • Monitor and prioritize service requests and tasks. Identify and expedite emergencies, and monitor workload throughout the day to ensure tasks are completed timely and efficiently
  • Responsible for all inventory levels of spare parts and supplies; place orders as necessary
  • Communications
    • Present technical information
    • Partner with stakeholders to ensure consistent and steady progress in accordance with TPM Strategy
    • Collaborate with stakeholders; keep management team updated on TPM program status
    • Function as the primary point of contact for all site TPM inquiries and communications
    • Partner with other facilities/managers to benchmark best practices in developing TPM methodologies
    • Partner with steering teams to identify and remove roadblocks and bottlenecks
  • Work with Preventive and Corrective Maintenance technicians to develop operator checklists
  • Audit Preventive and Corrective Maintenance process
  • Develop and monitor TPM metrics
  • Manage program health and address non-compliance
  • Support 6S system

 Preferred Education and Experience

  • Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • 5+ years of experience working with the implementation and oversight of TPM initiatives in a manufacturing environment
  • 5+ years of experience leading process improvement projects
