Prefer designers with up-to-date technology expertise and a keen eye for fresh, modern design PowerPoint decks. Agency experience is a MUST.
Design PPT decks for pitches, workshops, sales meetings, and creative presentations
Convert a range and volume of content (clinical, marketing or strategic) into well-designed presentations
Collaborate with copy, design, strategy, and account teams. Use of design, font treatments, colors, and graphics is key
Build and maintain templates aligned to brand and compliance standards
Visualize data (trial results, charts, graphs) clearly, persuasively, and on brand
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and readability
Manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Stay current on design trends and presentation best practices
2+ years in presentation design; healthcare/pharma/agency experience preferred
Advanced PowerPoint skills (masters, templates, animation, visual storytelling)
Strong layout, typography, color, and hierarchy; sharp attention to detail
Comfort with technical/scientific content (medical background a plus)
Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/engaging AI are a plus
Able to interpret project briefs and deliver client-ready materials
Clear communicator and collaborative partner
You simplify complex ideas without losing rigor
You build story-driven decks, not just slides
You create within regulatory constraints with confidence
You’re proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
You value precision and consistency
Pharma brand launch or HCP marketing experience
Working knowledge of FDA/OPDP promotional guidelines
Motion/animation skills in PowerPoint (or similar tools)
