We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Analytics to support measurement and performance insights across paid media and digital experiences for our healthcare clients. This role sits at the intersection of media, data, and strategy - turning campaign and website data into clear, actionable insights that help our teams and clients make smarter decisions.
You will contribute to campaign measurement, support paid media performance tracking, and help ensure digital properties are properly instrumented for meaningful analysis. The ideal candidate is analytically sharp, eager to grow, and comfortable working in a structured, client-facing environment.
Job Responsibilities
Paid Media Measurement & Optimization
- Support the development and maintenance of measurement frameworks for paid media campaigns across channels (search, social, programmatic, display)
- Help define and track KPIs aligned to campaign objectives (awareness, engagement, conversion)
- Monitor campaign performance and flag trends, anomalies, or optimization opportunities to senior team members
- Contribute to cross-channel performance analysis and help prepare recommendations for internal and client review
Website & Digital Analytics
- Support website measurement through tagging, tracking, and data quality checks
- Work within analytics tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics) and tag management systems (GTM, Tealium)
- Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and content engagement to surface insights
- Collaborate with development and strategy teams to support proper tracking implementation
Data Integration & Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for internal teams and clients
- Pull and synthesize data from multiple sources (media platforms, web analytics, third-party vendors)
- Translate data into clear narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Support data quality checks and flag inconsistencies to ensure reporting accuracy
Strategic Insights & Collaboration
- Contribute data-driven input to campaign planning and test-and-learn initiatives (A/B testing, audience segmentation)
- Stay current on industry trends, particularly in digital measurement and privacy-first analytics
- Build relationships with media and account teams as a reliable, collaborative analytics partner
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university, or equivalent work experience .Degree in Marketing, Data Management, Economics, Statistics, Mathematic, Data Science, or related major preferred
- 2–4 years of experience in digital analytics, paid media measurement, or marketing analytics (agency experience a plus)
- Familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics)
- Exposure to media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, DV360, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Working knowledge of tag management tools (Google Tag Manager, Tealium)
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) a plus
- Basic SQL or data manipulation experience a plus
- Experience in healthcare, pharma, or regulated industries a plus but not required
The anticipated salary range for this position will be $75,000-$95,000. Salary is based on job-related factors such as: years of relevant experience, qualifications and/or certifications. Spectrum reserves the right to modify this pay range at any given time.
