We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Leader to spearhead growth in our clinical trial recruitment and retention pillar (CTX). This leader will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive Go-to-Market strategy, prioritizing a market-facing narrative to differentiate our business, drive increased awareness of our capabilities and facilitate a dedicated shift toward higher value client engagements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the patient recruitment industry, ability to drive and implement strategies with urgency and agility, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record of deploying marketing efforts to align priority targets for new client acquisition and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Enterprise leadership on the development and implementation of a new Go-to-Market strategy that prioritizes a market-facing narrative to differentiate the business and increase revenue
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Growth team to deploy impactful pillar marketing efforts that connect our business strategy and new client acquisition and expansion efforts, including thought leadership, conference/event participation, partnership strategies, and lead activation in.
  • Oversee and optimize sales structure and team, deploying strategies that result in greater volume and value of pipeline opportunities, with an emphasis on new client acquisition and a diversified client/service mix
  • Drive oversight of pipeline pace and value, working with various growth partners, within the pillar and the Enterprise team to accelerate new client acquisition.
  • In partnership with client service and key account leaders, ensure a disciplined approach to key account growth planning to expand existing clients is implemented effectively and consistently.
  • Support performance reporting and KPI management to increase visibility and enhance decision-making.
  • Contributes to overarching pillar strategy and business leadership as a member of the CTX executive leadership team (ELT)
  • Accelerate an integrated selling strategy across the portfolio of Spectrum services and clients, leading to organic growth within CTX and across pillars
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in the patient recruitment industry, with a strong understanding of clinical trial recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Ability to develop, drive and implement new strategic initiatives and commercial concepts into the market quickly
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful Go-to-Market strategies.
  • Possesses the relationship skills necessary to quickly identify and remove obstacles that may impede business agility and speed
  • Experience in organizing thought leadership, conference/event participation, speaking opportunities, and lead activation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly think through challenges and provide actionable solutions.
  • A growth-minded, inspirational leader who can motivate the team to adapt new behaviors and embrace new ways of working
  • Familiarity with marketing and communications around technology solutions, ideally within pharma services
  • Current with industry trends and marketplace, helping to identify trends and opportunities that enable the business to maintain a proactive market position
The anticipated salary range for this position will be $250,000-$275,000. Salary is based on job-related factors such as: years of relevant experience, qualifications, and/or certifications. Spectrum reserves the right to modify this pay range at any given time.
