Manufacturing Technician IV
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting internal failures and customer returned products from the field to drive to root cause and establish preventative actions
- Provide meaningful feedback to engineering and management team on improvements to our process, documentation, tools, and test equipment
- Utilize test software and ERP systems to track progress of testing and inventory status
- Building and Testing electromechanical assemblies for our robotics and power systems products.
- Entering escalations and solutions into JIRA, our data tracking and failure history system.
- Participating in new product launches and prototype builds.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work with many departments including manufacturing, quality, warehousing, purchasing, planning, shipping, and engineering
- Self-motivated and able to plan own workload to keep multiple different builds and tests going in parallel
- Able to follow detailed procedures and perform quality checks as necessary.
- Flexibility and team player mentality. We all work together to get the job done, whatever it may be.
- Must have prior experience working with electronic assemblies in a Manufacturing environment.
In office 5 days a week
Candidates must reside within commuting distance of our Boulder, CO office. Relocation assistance is not available. Only local candidates will be considered

Compensation: $23.75 - 28.50/ hour. While this salary range is a good faith and reasonable estimate, a candidate’s actual salary will be competitive based on a variety of factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and experience within the range.
