Project Coordinator – Boulder, CO (Local Hybrid)  
We are seeking an organized, self-motivated, and aspiring individual to join our Solutions Delivery Administration Team (SolDAT).  
 
Compensation: $26.44 to $27.88

Job Summary: 
The Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing and executing complex professional services implementation projects. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong project coordination skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of documentation and stakeholder communication.  This role serves as a critical link between sales, service delivery, and external partners.  
  
Core Responsibilities:  
This position requires a high degree of independence and self-motivation. The successful candidate must be comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects while maintaining strict attention to detail and documentation standards. 
  
Project Management and Coordination: 
  • Independently manage professional services implementation projects, including new solutions, upgrades, and preventative maintenance services 
  • Conduct thorough review of sales team handoffs, analyzing services contracts, order details, and shipping terms for accuracy and completeness 
  • Identify and resolve potential project obstacles proactive  
Resource Coordination and Partner Management 
  • Coordinate resource allocation across departments, managing both internal teams and external service partners 
  • Negotiate service partner services, including project timeline and service dates 
  • Request purchase orders for external partners 
  
Financial Management 
  • Manage parts ordering and shipping logistics when required 
  • Handle invoice corrections and processing 
  • Recognize and record services revenue upon project completion 
  
Required Qualifications: 
  • Four-year degree or equivalent work experience 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and take direction in a team environment 
  • Attention to detail, a professional attitude, and timely execution of tasks are paramount 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook) 
  • Working knowledge of Dynamics CRM is a plus 
  
Preferred Knowledge: 
  • Professional services for technology companies and data center operations
