A day in the life of a Data Integrity Assistant is never the same but, in this role, you would expect to enter and maintain data within assigned database(s) and/or audit data entry information as assigned within a timely and accurate manner.

What You'll Do :

  • Ensure accurate setup by distribution center, national accounts or military accounts and process export transmissions as appropriate.
  • Review incoming information for data entry and interact with vendors or internal departments (i.e., Category Management, Procurement, etc.) to verify information and ensure data accuracy requirements; ensure accurate entry into applicable systems.
  • Maintain and file documents for changes, new items, vendors, etc. Communicate appropriate new/changed item data information to internal departments (i.e., Accounting, Procurement, Space Management, etc.) as necessary, and resolve issues in a timely manner (e.g., warehouse receiving and scanning accuracy issues, etc.)
  • Enter and maintain vendor information; set up new vendors as required.
  • Audit data entry information as assigned; update and/or work with appropriate personnel to update information as necessary.

  • Two (2) years general office/administrative/data entry experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • College degree or college course work preferred
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
