Major Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing all onsite-registration equipment and setup;
  • Register each customer (pre-registered and walk-up registrations);
  • Assist in managing registration volunteers prior to and during event days;
  • Provide excellent customer service;
  • Provide wrap-up and completion materials including post-race inventory and event summaries.

  • Be proficient with the entire Microsoft Office computing software packages (Google Drive, BOX, Excel, Word, etc.);
  • Have previous experience working with large diverse groups in a dynamic environment;
  • Be comfortable working outdoors in challenging conditions;
  • Be comfortable traveling approx. 20 days or more during the year;
  • Have a proven attention to detail yet the ability to choose the appropriate battles;
  • Possess a strong analytical mindset and approach to managing projects and problem solving;
  • Thrive in an environment of process, creative thinking and problem solving.
