We are growing and looking for an Onboarding Concierge to join our team and help expand our Retail Division!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment process.
  • Performs general clerical responsibilities such as: File maintenance, answering candidate inquiries, and streamlining processes through Microsoft Excel and Teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment process.
  • Coordinates closely with the talent acquisition teams to successfully complete new hire, rehire and contingent worker entries into the HRIS system.
  • Collecting data of applicants and handling information of new hires.
    Document and maintain processes for new hire onboarding.
  • Provide regular reporting, scheduling meetings, and updates to managers on candidate onboarding pipeline, initiatives, and metrics.
  • Manage the retail department’s social media to maximize exposure and content to cultivate relationships.
  • Perform any other task or assignment as deemed necessary by the organization.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:
  • 2 + years of administrative assistant experience within a corporate environment preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to adapt to a continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills; especially demonstrated ability to work with and communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management
  • Demonstrated success at supporting multiple team members
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to work independently as well as on a team effectively
  • Handle all projects with complete confidentiality and discretion
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
