We are currently seeking a Director of Marketing to join our team! The ideal candidate will oversee the marketing policies, objectives, and initiatives for the organization. Direct and oversee all aspects of product life cycle management. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.


  • Manage lead aggregators
  • Develop strategic marketing plans with both long- and short-term targets and goals that align with the company objectives
  • Build brand awareness using various tools and communication channels, including digital, online, and social media platforms, ensuring that all messages align
  • Manage SEO/SEM/PPC activities and all related technology
  • Develop and maintain KPI reporting for marketing efforts weekly, monthly, quarterly, or as requested
  • Design and execute the content, graphics, and layout for all company marketing, intranets, websites, social media accounts, and public relations
  • Maintain brand continuity across all projects by applying and enforcing content and display standards, including the creation and management of internal and external forms, templates, and documents
  • Optimize, implement, and continually improve our CRM 
  • Deliver the SLG story, creating a call to action for consumers that continually improves the quality and relevance of the media
  • Oversee our current landing pages, banners, websites, mail, and social media. Make recommendations for improvement as needed
  • Design content for the company’s monthly, quarterly, and annual communications, both internal and external
  • Purchase and negotiate media buying within budget targets
  • Manage posting and responding to consumer feedback on various websites, helping to enhance the company’s reputation

  • 5+ years of experience with SEO, PPC, Landing Pages and Google Analytics models
  • 5 + years in management
  • A proven track record in leading all things marketing
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram advertising platforms
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Self-starter capable of working independently
  • Recent experience with marketing service providers such as Black Knight, Datamyx Deluxe, CoreLogic, and Experian
  • Strong understanding of Windows and Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • College degree preferred
