Igor Borovikov founded Softline in 1993. Under Igor's leadership, Softline became a global IT company with branches in 30 countries. Igor’s business administration talent, vision and determination led Softline from scientific software sales to implementation of comprehensive and innovative IT solutions.

Sergey has 25 years of experience in business, 20 years of which have been connected with IT. He was engaged in business development in many Russian and international companies. Sergey Chernovolenko was appointed as Global CEO of Softline in May 2018.

Roy is a highly accomplished senior manager and operations expert with over 30 years’ experience in a diverse and successful career with Xerox Ltd. He is a professional businessman with great experience in Business Development, Stakeholder Engagement, Transformation Management, Organizational Efficiency, Sales Process, Business planning, Operations and Strategy as well as Leadership Development.
Marina Shvoeva

During her career in HR Marina was leading projects related to recruitment, adaptation and motivation, training and assessment, HR processes automation, corporate culture and corporate university. In April 2018 she joined Softline International and managed to build HR function from scratch and keeps on driving a lot of new HR initiatives.
Burak Ozer

Our Mission from a finance perspective is to drive and structure a world class finance organization that can deal with challenges of a multinational company which has to adapt to the ever-changing world conditions by leveraging both external and internal financial tools available to us
Burak has been working as VP Finance for International operations in Softline for the last 2+ years. Before Joining Softline he was working for 21+ years with Xerox, he had many senior leadership positions in finance functions, including 2 CFO roles for the Turkish company and Central Eastern Europe region consisting of 20 countries.
Andrew Morrison
VP Global Services Products And Solutions, Softline International
We have a very strong diverse business from hardware and software to services. My mission is to double the revenue for the Services business by strengthening our portfolio of offers, developing our people and skills, building strategic relationships with key vendors and working with our Sales organization to win and expand market share in all Geographies.
Andrew is an expert in solution and service development together with implementation in large, mid-size, and small companies. In 2019, Andrew Softline International as Vice President of Global Services responsible for building strategic relationships with vendors, providers, and partners.
Gareth Tipton
Global Chief Compliance Officer
Gareth is a highly accomplished senior executive with over 20 years’ experience in IT and telecommunications, operating at board level across a range of public and private sector organizations. He is a powerful advocate for responsible corporate governance with in-depth knowledge of designing, implementing and managing effective risk frameworks, ethics and compliance programs and systems of corporate governance.
At Softline we take an integrated approach to Ethics, Risk and Compliance to provide a clear line of sight regarding the effective management of Softline’s value drivers through a leaner but more robust internal control system, targeted assurance across the three line of defence and standardised outputs from assurance activities to provide business insights which both enable and protect value for our employees, our business and key stakeholders.
Alexander Mikoyan
Group CMO, Strategy & Growth Vice President
We are helping organizations achieve more with information technology and to remain protected in the cyberworld.
Alexander has significant experience and understanding of the multi-faceted modern technology business and modern complex enterprise sales. Through his career he has constantly innovated in the commercial domain and led large often distributed teams. Alexander joined Softline from Hewlett Packard Enterprise where he spent the last 12 years in a number of leadership positions.
