Description

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE –

  • Monitoring & Notification of Critical Infrastructure, Application, Security & Usage events.
  • Provisioning & Managing Azure IaaS & PaaS Service e.g. Azure VMs, OS, Network, Storage & Backup
  • Complex Azure Configuration Issue Investigation, Troubleshooting & Resolution within Agreed Client SLAs
  • Act as Azure SME to Provide Technician Consultation & Advisory Services to the Softline’s Global Customers.
  • Help & Guide Technical Support team in resolving complex issues.
  • Help developing Level 1 and 2 technical team skills on complex Azure services and solutions.
  • Conducing Root Cause Analysis for escalated complex problems and presenting to the customers.
  • Configuring & Managing OMS, Azure Security Centre Services
  • Develop, Testing, Executing & Managing Automation Scripts
  • Proactive Review, Investigation & Initial Troubleshooting of Cloud Infrastructure, Application & Security Events
  • Managing Service Request, Change Requests & Incidents in ITSM Tools Like Axios Assist, ManageEngine, ServiceNow etc.
  • Documenting Technical Support Solution, Solution Delivery Process Procedures

 

 

SKILLS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND FOR THIS ROLE

 

  • BE/B Tech/MS or Equivalent Degree from Reputed Institution
  • Microsoft AZ – 300 Certification
  • 4+ Years of Hands on Experience in Managing Azure Cloud Infrastructure & Services.
  • 4+ Years of Hands on Experience in Implementing & Managing Microsoft SQL, SQL Data Warehouse, Azure SQL, MySQL & Oracle Services.
  • Database (SQL, My SQL and Oracle) Cluster Service Deployment in Azure
  • Data Import & Export
  • Strong SQL Query Performance Issue Analysis & Tuning
  • Azure IaaS & PaaS Application & Data Integration
  • Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with PowerShell scripting and commands.
  • Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills (including technical writing)
  • Good Customer Service Skills and Effective learning skills
  • Good knowledge of ITSM Processes (Service, Change, Incidents, Problem)

Requirements – –

  • Candidate must be flexible to work and operate during client business hours and time zone.
  • Candidate must be open to travel and operate from domestic and/or international, Softline and/or client location/office for partial or entire duration of the project to meet the client project requirements.
  • Candidate must have valid travel documents e.g. passport. in tune with the team members when required for certain projects
