HR BP - International Business

HRBP will focus on developing and implementing People strategies that align with Softline’s mission and strategies. HRBP will work together with Business Leaders of our Headquarters.


  • Build deep relationships with all our people, leaders, executives, business leaders by providing proactive support on organizational and people-related strategies;
  • Partner with business on organizational design, workforce planning, and skills assessment and development;
  • Arm your business leaders with the tools necessary to lead through change as we scale;
  • Improve manager capabilities through coaching and implementation of management development programs and opportunities;
  • Identify and surface trends in both qualitative and quantitative data to help improve organizational health on topics such as retention, employee experience, etc.;
  • Partner with the business to design and execute people programs (E.g. Talent Review, Succession Planning, D&I, Performance Reviews);
  • Translate business goals into integrated, measurable talent strategies and initiatives that help grow the business and deliver results;
  • HR Support during the integration of new companies acquired as a result of M&A strategy.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or related field;
  • More than 4 years of experience as HRBP;
  • Past or current experience working in IT industry is a must;
  • Experience working in an international environment;
  • Expertise in managing multiple projects with competing priorities and multiple stakeholders is essential;
  • Strong project management, analytical and organisational skills are necessary.
