Softline International is currently looking for CSP Lead:

The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and execute global programs that increase sales of Softline through partner channel of MSPs, SI, VARs and ISVs. The ideal candidate will own and manage all aspects of the Softline’s Cloud Service Provider (CSP) GTM with Microsoft. This includes accountability for growth, program KPIs and customer evangelism. Necessary qualities for this role include: a deep understanding of channels, sales, partners and business operations within the SaaS/PaaS/IaaS segments of Software market, the ability to communicate effectively with sales leadership, an analytic mind, system savvy, intellectually curious, a fast learner, detail oriented, strong organizational skills, and the ability to act quickly on day-to-day business needs while keeping focused on high impact projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team to develop global strategy and business plan for Cloud Solutions Distribution business;
  • Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders in Microsoft and other strategic global ISVs to build strong product portfolio for CSD business globally;
  • Execute global/regional business plans with Microsoft and other strategic ISVs for a Cloud Distribution business;
  • Collaborate with multiple internal and external teams to ensure channel program membership processes and systems are operating as designed with regards to application, approval, subscription provisioning/de-provisioning, billing, invoicing, benefits administration, consumption management, etc.;
  • Measure effectiveness of all programs and continuously optimize GTM plans for future launches;
  • Seek feedback and align objectives with key stakeholders;
  • Be the content owner for all market facing activity related to Cloud Distribution business for both Partners and Customers.

Requirements:

  • 10 plus years of experience in the IT market;
  • Solid SaaS/Paas/IaaS business knowledge and experience;
  • Process optimization/re-engineering experience;
  • Global sales, partner, and account management experience;
  • Fluent in English (other languages a plus);
  • Bachelor degree.
