The Main Purpose Of This Job: The Solution Sales Specialist will work collaboratively with the direct sales team, clients & partners to
provide support for all presales solution aspects of the sales cycle. Job requirements include but are not limited to the following activities:
Requirement study, RFI/RFP preparation, opportunity support, Proposal support, Demo/PoC support.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE –
o Involved in Pre-sales activities, promoting company’s products and services and acting as a solution evangelist.
o Analyzing customer need, designing solution, and negotiating for the orders.
o Providing various solutions related to Data center, Disaster recovery & Cloud solutions (Public & Private cloud).
o Define logical workflow and designed network diagram for AWS.
o Act as trusted solution architect to Enterprise clients to support cloud adoption. Consult and Collaborate closely with
clients to ensure successful adoption of cloud initiatives.
o Identify cloud technologies & provide best-suited cloud solution to the customer based on the requirement (AWS).
o Design solutions based on end-customer requirements and deliver predefined ROI.
o Helps product teams to launch new value-added products & services related to Cloud product portfolio.
o Preparing Solution containing Design Document, Scope of Work, Architecture, Bill of Material of cloud/IT hardware
and Managed Services.
o Hands-on experience on migrating Servers, DBs, storage etc. on AWS Cloud.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS –
o Familiarity and understanding of cloud-oriented practices and approaches including PaaS, Hybrid cloud, migration and
modernization of applications using cloud, Big Data and Compute.
o Ability to solve customer problems through cloud technologies, specifically solutions related to new internal LOB apps
and external facing apps, migration to cloud, Hybrid cloud, and datacenter infrastructure modernization.
o Experienced. 6+ years of experience developing high-performing enterprise application platform sales teams and a
proven track record of exceeding team quotas/targets in areas involving cloud application development, application
portfolio modernization, cloud application migration, datacenter modernization.
o Successful management of mid to large-scale, complex deal. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Executive level communication skills (both written and verbal), and the ability to mentor others.
