The role

The lifecycle / CRM marketing team is seeking a savvy, intellectually curious, and dynamic self-starter to join our team as a Senior Lifecycle Marketing / CRM Analyst. In this role you will be responsible for driving the lifecycle analytics strategy to measure and improve the effectiveness of our lifecycle marketing efforts. You will report on lifecycle program and campaign level performance. You will help develop test designs and measure outcomes. Must have CRM/lifecycle marketing performance analysis experience and be familiar with CRM campaign metrics and test design.

Success in this role hinges on your technical aptitude, quantitative abilities, and business acumen: you know how to plow through data with SQL, Amplitude, and Tableau, surface insights and measure the business impact using outbound delivery/cost efficiency/conversion/profit metrics.

What you’ll do:

  • Design & execute a wide variety of customer lifecycle analytics projects including lifecycle campaign performance reporting, customer journey dashboarding/analysis, audience segmentation/reporting, and campaign test design & analysis

  • Develop a comprehensive quarterly test and learn plan to systematically optimize lifecycle marketing by customer segment

  • Optimize lifecycle outbound channel (email, push, sms, in-app) touchpoint strategies (e.g. channel, frequency, cadence, etc.) to drive engagement, funnel conversion, onboarding/activation, referral & cross-sell, retention, and win-back

  • Drive deep member analysis with a focus on predicting and improving member LTV

  • Integrate data from various outbound and inbound touch points in order to understand member journey and inform audience targeting and retargeting across all channels

  • Build dashboards with a consolidated view for decision making and diagnostic of campaign and channel performance

What you’ll need:

  • 5-8 years of recent experience in advanced lifecycle/CRM marketing analytics or business intelligence role

  • 3-5 years of experience in designing and building dashboards for lifecycle marketing performance, lifecycle analysis, channel performance, and segment performance

  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills

  • Intellectual curiosity and aptitude for picking up new technical skills

  • Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance

  • High EQ with ability to influence outcomes and communicate technical content to marketing stakeholders

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering or quantitative field (or combination of education and work experience)

  • High proficiency in SQL, Amplitude, Tableau, Excel, and Powerpoint

Nice to have:

  • The ability to research, identify, evaluate, and implement modeling solutions for complex business problems utilizing R and Python
