As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will partner with the Recruiting team to provide overall administrative support and process coordination with our hiring managers. We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and fast paced candidate who wants to be part of a growing recruiting team. The ideal candidate is someone who wants to develop his or her skills in recruiting, can multi-task and handle multiple priorities at once, and is flexible to ever-changing processes in a start-up environment. We’re looking for candidates who pay attention to detail, are go-getters, and have a visionary perspective.

What you’ll do:

  • Schedule interviews for the recruiting team and inform both interviewers and candidates of the interview schedule

  • Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems

  • Perform a variety of administrative recruiting tasks, including:

    • Partner closely with the recruiting team to facilitate candidates through the interview process, acting as the liaison between candidates and interviewers

    • Process and send out offer letters and new hire communication

    • Process new hire admin tasks in the relevant systems

    • Provide hospitality, and ensure the interview day experience is seamless

    • Keep candidates continually informed with quality communications throughout the hiring process

  • Assist with sourcing and review of candidates in recruiting systems and job boards

  • Open new requisitions and ensure that job descriptions are accurate and complete

  • Assist in developing, implementing, and updating recruiting procedures and processes

  • Additional support to the recruiting and HR team, as needed

What you’ll need:

  • 2+ years of work experience required

  • 1 year of recruiting or HR experience preferred

  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written

  • Desire to create a phenomenal candidate experience

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities

  • Flexible to support changing business needs

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, especially Jobvite

  • Desire to develop recruiting skills
