The role

The candidate will have the leadership, maturity, and experience in delivering pragmatic operational solutions in a high growth dynamic environment. They will lead pricing and profitability strategies, across all products- Student Loans, Personal Loans, Cards, Mortgage, and new products that are in the pipeline.

What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with the Business Head of individual businesses to drive key initiatives and strategy

  • Manage new products strategy, initiatives/projects

  • Strategize and collaborate cross-functionally with Decision science, Business Units, Credit Risk, Finance, Product, Design and Engineering teams

  • Optimize the overall outcome for the SoFi member by balancing the risk and revenue tradeoffs

What you’ll need:

  • Minimum of 5 years of Business Management and/or Business Strategy experience in the Consumer Lending space; Overall 7+ years of experience

  • Pricing Experience in lending or deposits preferred

  • 2+ years of experience executing and driving important initiatives within a financial institution that has a direct P&L impact

  • Collaborative style of working while driving initiatives to closure

  • Ability to balance customer-centricity with a very good understanding of the financials (P&L)

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • MBA in finance, economics, or another related field.

  • Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills
