As Implementations Specialist, you will be a part of the SoFi at Work team and responsible for engaging with external partners and internal stakeholders in support of successful product deployments.The role reports to the SoFi at Work Implementations Director.
What you’ll do:
Support the implementation of complex, integrated partnerships that involve B2B distribution of the SoFi at Work platform.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services to both partners and clients. Provide pre-sales support including demonstrations or assisting with requirements scoping.
Work with the Sales and Partnerships teams to seamlessly implement new programs with both partners and clients. Project manage the implementation process working with internal and external stakeholders (clients), as needed.
Work with the Product team to provide insights around user voice, product infrastructure and operations needs.
Work with the Operations team to ensure new implementations are supported with adequate customer service; provide training as needed.
Work with the Financial Operations and Funding team to ensure funding and disbursement mechanisms are provisioned.
Report on upcoming and in-progress implementations as needed to internal stakeholders.
What you’ll need:
Demonstrated team player with a growth mindset and a desire to build a world-class B2B platform.
Strong understanding of cross-platform integrations, data transfer, and information security.
Natural curiosity and the ability to approach challenges with an open mind.
2-5 years of partner-facing experience demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail, and an ability to thrive in ambiguity
Willingness to roll up your sleeves, collaborate with others and get stuff done
Ability to thrive in fast paced environments
