Product Marketing Specialist II
Description
The Control4 Product Marketing Specialist, Control4 Connect International will play a pivotal role in launching Control4 Connect and ongoing updates in key international markets by tailoring the go-to-market (GTM) strategy to meet regional needs. This position will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Education, Sales, International Marketing, and Creative Services—to develop and execute localized messaging, product assets, marketing campaigns, and end-user lifecycle campaigns. By gathering market insights and customer feedback, this role will ensure the effectiveness of our campaigns and support continuous improvement to drive product adoption, engagement, and renewal.
Reporting to the Senior Product Marketing Manager, this new role is ideal for a versatile and proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at balancing multiple priorities, and is skilled at building cross-functional partnerships. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong strategic vision, a data-driven approach to campaign optimization, and expertise in international marketing and localization.
Responsibilities
- Lead International GTM and Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies for key international markets. Partner with local marketing teams to create and execute targeted campaigns, leveraging channels like digital, email, PR, local events, and virtual events to optimize impact.
- Market Insights: Coordinate and execute a Partner Advisory Board in key markets to gather market insights and feedback, which will inform the local GTM strategies and pricing and identify potential future product enhancements based on regional needs.
- Create Localized Marketing Assets: Work with international marketing teams and creative services to develop and localize product assets, landing pages, and marketing materials, ensuring relevance for each market.
- Internal Enablement: Work with the Product Manager to plan and execute internal training to educate teams on product features, go-to-market strategy, and available marketing and education assets, ensuring preparedness for launch.
- End-User Lifecycle Marketing: Drive adoption, engagement and renewal of Control4 systems with Connect by setting up localized automated lifecycle marketing in Braze. Collaborate with Marketing Operations on automation strategy and campaigns, including segments, data requirements, creative assets and flow.
- Campaign Performance and Feedback: Measure campaign performance and gather Customer and Sales feedback. Report results to the team with optimization recommendations, such as refining messaging, channels, and tactics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Education, Sales, Product, International, and other teams to align educational resources, campaign elements, and overall strategy, ensuring initiatives meet cross-functional goals and regional expectations.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years Marketing experience
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns across many channels, in B2B and B2C environments
- Experience partnering across functions, levels and lines of business and international regions
- Experience working with Creative Marketing teams
- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to flex working hours based on the time zone in the market that is launching

- Experience within consumer electronics
- Experience in B2B2C marketing
- Experience in marketing automation technology, Braze preferred
