360 Live Media is looking for an Account Coordinator to join our team in Washington, D.C. This role supports client accounts and internal teams by assisting with day-to-day project coordination, communication, and execution under the guidance of an Account Manager. The Account Coordinator plays an important role in helping deliver high quality work, maintaining organized workflows, and supporting strong client relationships. What You Will Do
- Support assigned client accounts under the guidance of an Account Manager, serving as day-to-day project and communication support.
- Assist with managing timelines, task assignments, and deliverables across event, sales, marketing, and creative projects.
- Coordinate internal and external communication, including client updates, feedback, approvals, and meeting logistics.
- Help develop, review, and update project plans, presentations, and client materials.
- Track project progress, timelines, and budgets, escalating risks or scope changes to account and project leads.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to keep work organized and moving forward.
- Support quality reviews to confirm deliverables align with client expectations and brand guidelines.
- Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates.
- Build knowledge of client brands, industries, and goals while identifying ways to add value over time.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of experience in account management, project management, or a related role, preferably in an agency environment.
- Experience supporting multiple accounts, clients, or projects simultaneously.
- Solution oriented mindset with an interest in learning strategic thinking over time.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently under pressure in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Team oriented mindset with a willingness to support work at all levels.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to complete a short PowerPoint assignment as part of the hiring process.
- Ability and willingness to work from the Washington, D.C. office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, with occasional travel to client offices or events.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with associations.
- Familiarity with project management platforms such as Teamwork.
