What You’ll Do

  • Lead interactive group workshops and requirements sessions to identify strategic drivers and develop required use cases, functional and technical requirements.
  • Lead high-level Discovery sessions designed to identify client ROI goals, overall strategy and desired functionality used to drive the Delivery process.
  • Provide SAP Commerce (Hybris) business solution domain expertise including the functional use of hybris, its various administrative cockpits and the b2b and b2c accelerators. Lead client discussions mapping business requirements to the hybris platform guiding them to the best practices for their needs.
  • Provide consultation to client stakeholders and business users through personal expertise or by engaging subject matter specialists both internal and external in eCommerce-specific topics including product catalog modeling, inventory management, marketing, pricing strategy, shipping & freight, taxes, international commerce, customer service, b2b customer management, b2b e-procurement & punchout options, demand generation, promotion strategy, conversion optimization, multi-channel commerce, analytics and more.
  • Develop functional requirements documentation in the form of user stories, process flows, and user acceptance criteria. Support QA and UAT efforts.
  • Act as a bridge between the client, technical, strategy and creative teams; facilitating internal, technical and client design reviews; and ensuring that delivered application remains true to the creative design, strategic direction and defined business outcomes.
  • Lead the maintenance of the project team collaboration space (Confluence) and issue/task management system (Jira). Work with team members to maximize the value of these systems and set a good example in their use.
  • Collaborate with project manager to develop project delivery plan, applying knowledge of the requirements and past project delivery experience to help identify risks and prioritize tasks.

 

What We Look For

  • Bachelors in Business, Computer Science or related fields
  • 5+ years experience as a Business / Functional Analyst or similar role creating functional business requirements
  • Experience in JIRA and Confluence in and Agile environment
  • Consulting experience in a Business or Functional Analyst role leading requirements and Discovery sessions (multiple projects)
  • Experience in SAP Commerce (Hybris)
