Description
SmartERP has immediate contract opportunity for a experienced Analyst working on implementation of Application Tracking Systems
- Demonstrating solid Recruitment System experience.
- Proven experience in configuring Recruitment systems like Avature, Taleo, PeopleSoft or Oracle
- Demonstrate strong functional and/or Techno-functional knowledge and configuration experience in recruitment and onboarding modules,
- Strong understanding of the recruitment and HR business processes
- Configuring, testing, and implementing changes and improvements to the Recruitment system and business processes
- Providing support including investigation and troubleshooting
- Implementing new Avature features and enhancements
- Driving the support and regression testing
- Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering and process mapping; and
- Strong stakeholder management skills to effectively liaise with IT vendors on system support and development.
