Associate Marketing Operations Manager

Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, the Associate Marketing Operations Manager plays a crucial role in supporting projects in Marketo and Salesforce. They work closely with the Demand Generation, Content, SDR, and Events teams to understand analytics requirements and audit our current reporting suite. They assist in the development of new Marketo programs, reporting, and analysis of our workflows and performance.

Essential Functions:

· Monitoring of marketing tools like Marketo, Engagio, and LeanData to ensure accurate reporting and performance of our systems

· Runs reports and formats them for further consumption and distribution across the Org

· Provides analysis of results to provide direction for further investigation

· Helps manage our email marketing calendar and create emails in our Marketing Automation Platform.

· Enhance our house lists through research projects and data management

· Pull and format website reports for cross-team consumption

· Develop new reports based on understanding the marketing team needs.

· Develop Auditing programs for existing technology

· Assist in list segmentation projects

· Work in Salesforce to develop and audit reporting

· Assist in analysis of our workflow and processes

· Other duties as assigned


· 4+ years of experience in Sales/Marketing Operations in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment

· Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience

· Excellent organizational and prioritization skills and the ability to demonstrate and handle multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.

· Must be customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and across the organization.

· Experience in programs like Excel to perform data analysis and transformation.

· Ability to understand and audit complex workflows to ensure systems are working as designed

· Intermediate experience in Marketo & Salesforce (certification preferred)

· Experience in ABM and Attribution reporting
