Marketing Manager 

Entreda, now a part of Smarsh, is the award-winning provider of cybersecurity risk & compliance management software, systems & training for the wealth management industry. Its Unify platform helps firms monitor & address multiple digital threat vectors in a single pane of glass, through a centralized, easy-to-use dashboard.

You’re a SaaS marketer with experience developing & executing on strategic, target marketing plans to drive revenue & growth. You have an in-depth understanding of SaaS marketing best practices & a strong desire to own strategy & execution for full funnel, multi-touch campaigns.

 

As Marketing Manager, you’ll communicate the Entreda value proposition to select audience segments & develop campaigns that support a prospect’s path to purchase. You will drive tactics & programming to reach the right audience at the right time – moving them successfully through the purchase funnel. You will make data driven decisions to optimize activity to support business growth in meaningful ways. You’re highly organized, hardworking, & thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaboration across teams is crucial to success.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies, plans & programs for all marketing channels to target & engage industry specific prospect accounts in support of sales revenue targets
  • Copy writing: Creative team player, talented wordsmith, & grammar sleuth. You will be responsible for developing marketing & communications content for multiple vehicles that will separate us from the crowd.
  • Bring Innovation & originality to the team offing creative new marketing campaigns & initiatives Partner in the design, build, measure & optimization of lead generation & nurture programs
  • Develop relationships with sales leaders to align on marketing strategies & programs to engage target accounts & support sales teams
  • Plan & execute targeted campaigns to engage high value prospects to help move them through the sales funnel
  • Maintain social media strategy and growth
  • Develop & optimize site experience for multiple segments of customers
  • Manage the marketing plan, partnering closely with the Sales organization to develop a plan that support Sales target, with responsibility for quarterly pipeline targets
  • Track performance of all marketing campaigns
  • Develop, test & optimize messages & campaigns across all channels; Evolve plans based on results & changing needs of the business prospect engagement; Partnering with external agencies as appropriate
  • Create framework to address requests based on unplanned Sales opportunities & business development needs
  • You’ll establish & monitor brand standards. You will conduct market research, trend analysis & define strategy to differentiate new & existing brands in a competitive market.
  • Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails & landing pages

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; advanced degree a plus
  • 5+ years’ marketing experience
  • Experience developing Go-to-Market strategies & delivering technical product marketing deliverables including presentations, blogs, webinars, competitive analyses, technical whitepapers, thought leadership content
  • Experience developing, executing, measuring & reporting on best-in-class nurture & lead generation programs
  • Data driven analytics guru
  • Proven ability to develop strong relationships with sales leadership & cross-functional partners
  • Detail oriented, deadline-driven with strong verbal, written, & organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain consistent pace of marketing activity
  • Agile, flexible & able to prioritize competing projects
