Sr. Product Partnerships Manager 

Manages partner relationships and drives business development. Works actively with partners to define joint development roadmaps, develop GTM strategies and drive business outcomes. Collaborate internally with product management and marketing to align partnerships with strategic vision and tactical GTM objectives.

Essential Functions 

  • Lead day-to-day partner-product relationships and product/service delivery, while balancing the needs of the partner, Smarsh and customer base 
  • Lead the go-to-market process for new partnerships 
  • Work cross-functionally with product, sales and marketing teams to manage product feature requests, customer commits and other bugs/issues 
  • Manage the full partner lifecycle, including market requirements, product prioritization, internal and external communication, product launch, and feedback collection 
  • Translate partner product strategies into clearly articulated and detailed requirements for Smarsh and partner development teams 
  • Use quantitative and qualitative customer research to communicate partner product vision to senior management and stakeholders across the organization 
  • Directly contribute to guiding partners to design great products and services that customers love 
  • Other duties as assigned.  

Education and Experience 

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technology field, or equivalent experience 
  • Four or more years of professional experience working with enterprise customers or partners, preferably in SaaS.  
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Additional Eligibility Qualifications 

  • Comfortable with ambiguity 
  • Strong presentation skills 
  • Complete self-starter, with no need for externally guided direction 
  • Strategic thinking and understanding of broader business strategy 
  • Advanced user of core MS Office tools
