Role Overview 

Smarsh is seeking an Enablement Content Manager to join our fast-growing Product Marketing team. This candidate will guide the design and delivery of RFPs, RFIs, playbooks and other field support content tools that enable the field to identify and close deals more efficiently. Smarsh partners with a wide breadth of mobile (i.e., AT&T, Verizon), social (i.e., LinkedIn, Facebook) and collaboration (i.e., Slack, Microsoft) partners to deliver vital governance and compliance solutions for companies in highly regulated industries. The candidate will work cross-functionally with the larger Smarsh team on several high-impact and high-visibility projects. 

Enablement Content Manager will Work with field, product, partner and internal training teams to understand their needs and recommend adjustments to content that allow the field to win more deals, faster.

How will you contribute? 

  • Sales Content Creation: Guide the design and delivery of RFPs, RFIs, playbooks and other field support content tools that enable the field to identify and close deals more efficiently. Will also regularly check the accuracy and relevance of content to ensure the field is successful.
  • Launch Management: Coordinate the release of new enablement curriculums and portfolio offerings. Manage dependencies, identify risks, and drive cross-functional teams to hit delivery dates.
  • Field Champion: Work with field, product, partner and internal training teams to understand their needs and recommend adjustments to content that allow the field to win more deals, faster.
  • Operations Management: Document and refine processes so teams work as efficiently as possible.
