Essential Functions

Essential Functions below:

  • Lead product management of multiple core products including driving product development and execution.
  • Work cross-functionally with technical, sales, and marketing teams to manage the product portfolio, features requests, customer commits and other bugs/issues to accelerate growth.
  • Work directly with partners and customers to find ways to make products better.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes that can be translated into our development processes and clearly articulated across teams.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, including market requirements, product prioritization, internal and external communication, product launch, and feedback collection.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative customer research to communicate product vision to senior management and stakeholders across the organization.
  • User interviews, and representing the customer/stakeholder/development teams need
  • Ability to articulate what the chosen product practices are in regard to scoping a product
  • Understanding the use of productization ceremonies and when they are needed
  • Present/answer what stories has been planned and will be done in weekly demo meetings
  • Ensure every product is not just viable, but valuable to the company and that there are no duplicated efforts
  • Can confidently help/scribe facilitator of productization ceremonies
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

  1. BS degree in a technology-related field or equivalent. MBA is a plus.
  2. 4+ years of experience in a product management or equivalent leadership roles.
  3. Experience building SaaS offerings with a proven ability to drive product planning, development and launch.
  4. Experience in User Experience design, Analytics or Business Intelligence tools.
  5. Prior knowledge of compliance archiving including Supervision is desired but not required.
  6. Experience with XP methodology.
  7. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, communicating to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, with a strong ability to prioritize.
  • Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, UI, sales, customer support, finance or marketing.
