Algorithm Research Engineer (Staff/Senior Staff/Principle)

We are looking for a senior level algorithm engineer who is an expert of advanced technologies in machine-learning/deep-learning, error correction codes (ECC) and signal processing, strong analytical skill and decent knowledge of hardware and software engineering. He/she will be working on:
- Future generation ECC architecture and algorithm.
- Machine-learning/deep-learning applications in enterprise SSD’s
- GPU based ML/DL algorithm development
- Data analysis and statistical NAND channel modeling
- Decent knowledge of enterprise SSD.
- Knowledge on other cutting-edge technologies such as in-storage/memory computing, block-chain, quantum computing, is a plus.
The candidate should have decent software and mathematical analysis skills on signal processing, statistical analysis & modeling and preferably ECC algorithms.
o PhD or Master in CS or EE required, PhD preferred
o Strong problem solving skills;
o decent software skills on Python, C/C++, Matlab, R, Java etc.
o good background on probability theory, statistical analysis, optimization, modeling.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
