Job Description:

The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for strategic business development and key account management at core customers. Responsibilities will include business development and enabling activities including managing product introductions and qualification cycles, revenue generation, forecast management, competitive market analysis. contract/price negotiation and executive relationship building with key customers in Redmond, WA area. A strong sense of global account ownership is essential as a proven record of exceeding sales targets, developing new customers and achieving design wins. Previous experience in semiconductor sales is required. Familiarity with the PC, Graphics and Consumer Product industries, along with previous experience with DRAM and NAND technologies is preferred.


  • Foster key relationships with client engineering and purchasing teams to generate a design-win funnel
  • Drive the overall account strategy by employing key account management system
  • Drive revenue increase and oversee SSD/NAND/DRAM product enabling alignment activities to ensure end-customer design win activities
  • Oversee sales and sales operations including but not limited to sales PO placement, demand forecasting, production and shipment planning, account credit management, timely solution of pricing and billing issue
  • Analyze individual customer forecast and competitive environment to drive pricing negotiations, PO management and engagement opportunities
  • Orchestrate necessary engineering groups and technical marketing teams to drive NPI and ongoing business activities
  • Provide key market intelligence on assigned customers and market segments
  • Publish weekly reports highlighting major issues for assigned accounts
  • Input and update required information in CRM
  • Provide weekly rolling sales forecast to trigger production
  • Conduct customer meetings and prepare meeting materials/profiles
  • Follow-up and resolve any payment issues for assigned accounts
  • Work with teams located in Korea to provide seamless customer experience

Requirements and Desired Experience:
  • 7+ years of recent/relevant experiences in semiconductor sales or marketing required
  • 5+ years of recent Memory/Storage experience (DRAM/SSD/NAND flash) preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding multimillion dollar quotas required
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Knowledge of memory market trends from both a technical and business perspective
  • Proficiency with using CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's Degree
