Job Overview
SK hynix America is looking for a Sales Account Manager working on strategic business development and account management, revenue expansion, forecast management, competitive market analysis, contract/price negotiation, and executive relationship building with key account customers in the US.
Responsibilities:
- Foster strategic relationships with client engineering groups and technical procurement and cross functional teams for design-win, revenue generation funnel.
- Create and drive overall account strategy for SKH by maintaining key account management system
- Drive net revenue increase and oversee DRAM product enabling and alignment activities to ensure end-customer design win activities.
- Orchestrate overall sales and sales operations including but not limited to sales PO placement, demand forecasting, production and shipment planning, account credit management, timely solution of pricing and billing issue.
- Analyze individual customer forecast and competitive environment to drive pricing negotiations, PO management and engagement opportunities.
- Lead and orchestrate necessary SKH engineering groups and technical marketing teams to drive NPI and requirements.
- Provide and participate in key market intelligence, market planning, and technical development of products and services, further securing sustainable growth into existing account.
- Publish weekly reports highlighting relevant market intelligence for assigned customer base.
- Input and update required information in CRM
- Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly rolling sales forecast to trigger production
- Conduct customer meetings and prepare meeting materials/profiles
- Follow up and resolve any payment issues for assigned accounts
Qualifications:
- 7+ years experience in technology sales, program management, marketing, procurement, or planning
- Bachelor’s degree / technical degree preferred
- Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels.
- A strong sense of account ownership and critical thinking is essential as well as proven record of exceeding sales targets and developing net new customers and design wins.
- Previous experience in semiconductor sales and familiarity with the server and PC industries is preferred.
- Understanding of ecosystems and previous experience with DRAM and NAND technologies is a plus.
- Proficiency using CRM tools, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multinational organization
Total Rewards:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is base $90,000 - $160,000. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related skills and experience.
