Description

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate necessary information and prepare customs documentation, determine HS codes, prepare pro-forma invoices, and other documents for international shipments.
  • Use computing systems to enter data of goods receipts/issued into an ERP system.
  • Will be performing various duties such as filing documents, tracking orders, working with business partners, and entering data into ERP system.
  • Oversee and manage base of accounts and identify and solve logistics issues that may come up
  • Maintaining documents relating to Logistics process in accordance with the company’s quality control requirements.
  • Track and reconcile inventory on a daily/monthly basis; identify and resolve any discrepancies; suggest process improvements
  • Support the import/export logistics process, Incoterms, and related customs entry process.
  • Preparing presentations, reports, and analysis.
  • Maintain internal export license database, export license records, license conditions reporting, and submissions as required.
  • Support compliance policies (e.g. visitor processing, restricted party screening, recordkeeping)
  • Interact with shipping personnel in resolving matters pertaining to export shipment.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Department manager.

 

Requirements (Experience and Skills):

  • Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems (Experience with SAP / GTS)
  • Basic knowledge in supply chain and/or logistics desired.
  • Bilingual in Korean and English a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must be detail-oriented, have good writing skills, and have good organization/communication skills.
  • Must be able to work independently of supervision with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.

Compensation:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position $60,000 - $75,000 ($28.84 - $36.06 per hour) . Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related skills and experience.
