Office Manager

  • Perform an extensive range of administrative tasks around the office such as;
    • Track office supply/snack inventory and order supplies when needed
    • Communicate with the building and main office as team representative
    • Organize team events, ranging from staff happy hour to picnic events
    • Prepare approval forms for vendor payment
    • Plan yearly team budget and record monthly budget performance
    • Manage journal subscriptions and vendor communication
    • Interact appropriately and skillfully with senior executives within and outside the company, as well as customers, vendors and visitors
  • Support three VPs in corporate development team to make his work effective and efficient including:
    • Calendar management for internal and external meetings
    • Manage international and domestic travel itineraries
    • Work closely with other EAs across the company/industry to coordinate, arrange and run logistics
    • Submit expense reports on behalf in timely manner
  • Provide back-up support for team members and maintain overall efficiency and accuracy of administrative process procedures;
    • Manage on-boarding process for new team members and help them settle in
    • Provide logistics support for SK business travelers from out of town

  • Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Hands-on SAP experience, corporate job experience is preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Korean is preferred
