Job Title: Intern, Advanced 3D NAND Cell Fingerprints

Job Description:
  • Candidate will be interning as a Pathfinder in SK hynix America, performing R&D studies on some fundamental cell properties, such as RTS noise, current conduction in polysilicon, cell program/erase behavior, etc.
  • These will be hands-on testing work plus post data analysis to better understand the state-of-the-art 3D NAND device. 
 Qualification:   
  • MS or Ph.D. candidate in Electrical Engineering
  • Strong Software engineering skills with Python/C/C++
  • Preferring solid state device, and experience in school lab on testing and testing equipment
  • Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration
  • Preferred Major(s): Electrical Engineering

Compensation:      
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position $25.00 - $45.00 per hour. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related skills and experience. Your Recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
