What do we need?

We’re looking for a Reporting Coordinator to join the Sizmek Professional Services team. The ideal candidate will be able to…

External Reporting
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on 3rd party reporting of campaign delivery and performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, client revenue, viewability, video completes).
  • Provide full cycle support of accurate ingestion of 3rd party reporting into internal reporting systems.
  • Navigate within internal and external ad systems to set up and schedule recurring reports for data ingestion & synchronization.
  • Serve as a primary contact for 3rd party ad server reporting – involving the setup, daily management, and issue resolution of external reporting.
  • Manage daily queue of outstanding reporting projects, ensuring excellent customer service and accuracy
  • Review, manage, prioritize and track work productivity with offshore partners
  • Assist offshore partners with troubleshooting of report setup processes

Segment On-boarding

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and primary contact on Segment On-boarding for both the Sizmek DSP and Sizmek DMP
  • Manage the Segement On-Boarding process on a daily-basis and provide full cycle support when issues occur
  • Run queries in SQL to confirm data is being ingested correctly
  • Manage daily queue of outstanding requests, ensuring excellent customer service and accuracy
  • Review, manage, prioritize and track work productivity with offshore partners
  • Work with internal teams to review and improve current processs involved in segment on-boarding.
  • Act as the escalation point for offshore partners assiting with Segment On-boarding.

What will you need to succeed?

  • Conversational and written fluency in English is a prerequisite
  • Excellent data diagnostic & analytical skills -- able to make sense of large volumes of data
  • Quick learner - pick up new tools for reporting and analysis
  • Eagerness to work in a fast- moving environment that changes rapidly
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Excel experience including use of pivot tables
  • Experience with ad server reporting a plus (particularly DART/DCM/DDM and Sizmek)
  • Experience with SQL is a plus especially HUE/HIVE SQL
  • At least 2 years’ experience in online media, ad network, ad operations a plus
