Sales Coordinators are the people that keep the Sizmek sales machine running at full speed. By tracking critical sales information in our CRM, scheduling client meetings, coordinating events and tracking down new leads, our coordinators set our Account Executives up for success.
What you’ll do:
- Prospect list development - work with sales team to identify top companies, find contacts, schedule meetings and prepare presentations
- Assist with pre and post-sales activities including pricing approvals, proposals, presentations, pipeline management, deal processing and execution
- Manage Salesforce pipeline and forecast entries for region, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of data
- Preparing weekly, monthly and ad hoc sales reports.
- Coordinate projects and deliverables across functions to ensure seamless execution and assist in driving deals forward
- Prepare internal QBR and ad hoc progress documents for senior leadership
- Coordinate with marketing and sales to execute client entertainment, meetings, drop-offs and regional conferences

- Very organized in your day-to-day life and have the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Passionate about technology, the advertising industry and all things sales.
What you need:
- BS/BA degree.
- Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, and experience working with a CRM system.
- 1-3 years of marketing, coordinating, or inside sales experience.
- Previous experience working with Salesforce is highly desirable.
- A proven track record of learning new skills quickly.
Bonus if you have:
- Previous AdTech or Advertising experience.
